Recruitment Schedule

  • August 16th: Recruitment 101
    • On this day Panhellenic will go over the recruitment schedule, provide small group time with your recruitment counselor, and you will hear more about each chapter at UTC.  
  • August 17th: Go Greek!
    • On this day you will meet all six organizations on campus. You will discover what it means to be Greek at UTC!
  • August 18th: Sisterhood Round
    • On this day you will visit four houses. You will learn how each chapter honors sisterhood. 
  • August 19th: Preference Round
    • During this round you will visit two chapters. You will have personal conversations with sisters about what their respective organizations mean to them. 
  • August 20th: Bid Day
    • On this day you will receive an invitation of membership from                                                                                                                   one of the chapters. Should you choose to accept, you will be united                                                                                                         with your sisters as you run out the doors to them.
